Structure

In this program students will study a total of 144 units. Typically students will take 4 courses per semester (total of 24 units) and 8 courses per year (total of 48 units) as a full-time student. Students will complete 24 courses over the three years (total of 144 units). Out of the 144 units, 48 units (8 courses) must account for a science major, 24 units (4 courses) for one science minor and 24 further units (4 courses) as science electives. Students may choose to complete 96 units (16 courses) to account for two science majors. The remaining 48 units (8 courses) can be from science or non-science courses. Study pathways

Holders of approved Associate Diplomas, Advanced Diplomas or Diplomas in a science related field are granted up to 48 units of first year status towards the 144 unit Bachelor of Science degree. Advanced Honours program available.
