The Diploma of Sports Management offers a range of subjects to equip students with the necessary knowledge to work with sporting teams, clubs, players and organisations. The Diploma of Sports Management will teach students an understanding of sport and athlete development, how to produce sporting information and media content, and gain skills such as managing teams, leadership, communicating in groups, conflict resolution, problem solving, rational and critical thinking, and managing finances.

Students will complete a total of eight subjects comprising Bond University Core subjects and can choose electives from discipline specific foundation subjects.

Standard entry requirements

Completion of grade 12 or equivalent (OP 16 to 21/ATAR 58.20-45.25).

Study pathways

Successful completion of the Diploma of Sports Management guarantees students a place in Bond's Bachelor of Sports Management with 80 credit points credited to the degree. The Diploma of Sports Management is also a pathway into other bachelor degrees with varying credit.
