For a more specialised career path, this dual degree allows students to complement their engineering knowledge with a range of supporting computer science skills and understanding. The degree provides a broad knowledge of computer science, as well as depth in the underlying principles and concepts of CS problem solving, i.e. how to use modelling methods and processes to understand problems, handle abstraction and design solutions. Students will develop knowledge and practical skills in planning, management, design and build of engineering projects as well as communication, research and critical analysis skills.In the final year, students' employability is enhanced through industry experience.
