This is an intensive program focused on preparing students for a range of careers at management level in restaurant business, food and beverage consultancies, food and wine marketing, and related food production and food service operations within the international restaurant industry. Through this multi-disciplinary program, which incorporates simulated and real-life professional practices, students explore the aesthetics of food and wine and its place in the hospitality experience. The degree has a strong focus on the entrepreneurial and culinary aspects of the world of hospitality, including small business management, marketing, wine and beverage management coupled with high level culinary skills related directly to the world of international restaurant management. The program is delivered in conjunction with the University of South Australia and TAFE SA Regency International Centre.

This course is structured on five 6-month semesters, including 4 semesters of academic study and 2 semesters of industry placement (internship).

Standard entry requirements
- Year 12 equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age when course commences
- IELTS 6 with no band score below 5.5
- If English language proficiency is found to be insufficient for successful completion of the academic program, Le Cordon Bleu can direct students to undertake additional language training
