Structure

This course is structured in three parts: Part A. Project management essentials knowledge, Part B. Project management advanced theory and practice, and Part C. Project management application studies. All students complete Part C. Depending upon prior qualifications, you may receive credit for Part A or Part B, or both. Note: If you are eligible for credit for prior studies, you may elect not to receive the credit.

Standard entry requirements

An Australian bachelor’s degree in a cognate discipline or an equivalent qualification with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 60 or an equivalent Grade Point Average as determined by the Monash Business School.

Further information

Students may exit this course early and apply to graduate with one of the following awards, provided they have satisfied the requirements for that award during enrolment in this master's course: Graduate Certificate of Project Management after successful completion of 24 points, based on the following entry requirements: If admitted at entry level 1 complete 24 points, comprising Part A. If admitted at entry level 2 or 3 complete 24 points, comprising Part B non-elective units. Graduate Diploma of Project Management after successful completion of 48 points, based on the following entry requirements: If admitted at entry level 1 complete 48 points, comprising Part A and Part B non-elective units. If admitted at entry level 2 complete 48 points, comprising Part B units.
