The TAFE NSW Bachelor of Property Valuation is the only specialist valuation degree in Australia. As a graduate, you will have the skills required to work in the property valuation industry across residential, commercial and other specialist areas. This degree is accredited by the Australian Property Institute, and graduates are eligible to apply for an Associate Level Membership with at least two years professional experience. Standard entry requirements

  • MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS You must demonstrate that you have achieved one of the following:
  • A NSW Higher School Certificate (HSC) or its equivalent
  • A Certificate IV in Tertiary Preparation or its equivalent
  • A completed certificate IV or higher vocational qualification
  • ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS. You must also:
  • Submit a 500 word essay that shows your motivation to study and work in the property valuation industry
  • Attend a pre-admission interview where you may also be asked to complete a short literacy and numeracy task - this helps us to understand how we can support your study success and provide you with any necessary support
  • INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS: International applicants must meet proof of eligibility and course entry requirements. In addition, international applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate English proficiency at a minimum IELTS level of 6.5 with a minimum level of 6 in any one band.
