Developed by the renowned Ultrasound Education Group (UEG) The Graduate Diploma in Clinical Ultrasound is part of a suite of courses. Tailored to the needs of medical professionals, this course provides students with the expertise and confidence to perform and interpret complex medical ultrasound cases within their clinical practice. Clinical ultrasound has made a dramatic impact on patient management in perioperative, critical care, emergency medicine, surgery and internal medicine environments. Structure

The Graduate Diploma in Clinical Ultrasound is a 100-point program, designed to take one year if studying full time, or two years if undertaken part-time. You must complete eight core subjects, each worth 12.5 points.

  • A Doctor of Medicine or Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) (or equivalent), OR
  • An undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in allied health, nursing, physiotherapy, or science.
