Bachelor of Human Resource Management / Bachelor of Behavioural Science

The University of Notre Dame Australia - Study Abroad

The Bachelor of Human Resource Management is administered by the School of Business. The double degree with Behavioural Science allows students to grasp the scientific study of human behaviour while also studying the fundamentals of managing people within organisations. Students studying behavioural science and human resource management learn how humans develop, learn, work together and are motivated. Behavioural science provides opportunities for observation, self-development and the study of individual differences, at the same time as exploring ways that this knowledge may be applied in everyday life.
