A Diploma of Marketing gives you the foundational skills to create exciting strategic marketing campaigns. You’ll learn that marketing is more than selling something, it’s telling a story. Put your learnings into practice with real briefs with real clients. During this course, you will engage in theoretical constructs that inform marketing practice. You will engage in practice both in simulated marketing workplace roles and in operating businesses and reflect on feedback from industry mentors and assessors. This course comprises eight core subjects and offers a pathway into a Bachelor of Business, as well as a standalone qualification.

Structure

This course comprises of 8 core subjects. Each subject involves 10 hours of study per week, comprising 3 hours of facilitated study and 7 hours self-directed study.

Standard entry requirements

Year 12 (Australian secondary school certificate) or equivalent. Successful completion of a Vocational qualification (AQF Level 4 or above), OR Successful completion of a Higher Education qualification OR work and life experience that demonstrates skills and knowledge gained through paid or unpaid employment, formal learning and/or non-formal learning (presented on a current resume with attached cover letter).
