This program provides the opportunity to develop skills and acquire knowledge in advanced restorative dentistry and prosthodontics. Clinical instruction provided in several 1 to 2 week blocks each year. Local students may have the option of completing clinical requirements in a dental practice with mentors, or in the teaching hospitals. The teaching methods used will comprise seminars and small group tutorials, assignments, reports, case presentations and discussion, clinical rotations, observational learning in specialist practices and extensive mentoring by specialists.
