Our dedicated student services staff offer friendly support during your studies and are on hand to look after your welfare. We understand what it is like to live and study in another country, and organise airport reception and transfer, orientation activities, social activities, accommodation and services to students who are under 18 years of age. Students are able to use all UNSW facilities, including gyms and sporting programs, the library and the free UNSW wi-fi network.

There is a wide range of accommodation options for students, and our Student Support team can assist with your accommodation.

  • UNSW Residential Communities: Accommodation can be provided on campus or off campus in a range of UNSW colleges and apartments. There are fully catered, partly catered and self-catered options. Colleges have residential care programs as well as academic mentoring.
  • Homestay: Homestay options are available so students can enjoy the culture and language of Australian family life.
