Blending mathematical methods, statistics, computing, business decisions, and communication to train students for one of the most in-demand and lucrative careers around the world. Students undertaking Data Science and Decisions will benefit from the expertise of educators across three different Schools at UNSW: Mathematics and Statistics; Computer Science and Engineering; and Economics. The Data Science and Decisions program will train graduates to meet the growing demand for Data Scientists and Analysts in the Sydney region, nationally and internationally.

Structure

Students will complete 120 UoC of core courses and an approved major in addition to 12 UoC of Free Electives and 12 UoC of General Education courses. The total course structure is 144 UoC.
