The Music program is an opportunity for students to develop their academic and professional skills in performance, composition and musicology.   • 192 units of credit, including core courses in musicology, musicianship, and performance lab
  • choice of specialist music stream - music creative practice, musicology, music pedagogy or sonic arts
  • extensive training in ensemble skills and professional practices

Standard entry requirements

  • Year 12 or equivalent
  • Audition/ Musicianship Test
  • Assumed knowledge: Applicants are expected to have reached the level of at least Grade 7 AMEB Performance (or equivalent) and Music 2, or Grade 6 AMEB Musicianship (or equivalent), or HSC Music Extension.
