The Sir Thomas Naghten Fitzgerald Scholarship, worth up to $7,200, is for domestic medical graduates undertaking a graduate research degree in surgery through the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences. It was established with a bequest from the late Kathleen Maggie Douglas in memory of her father.
Eligibility
To be considered for this scholarship, you must: be an outstanding graduate research applicant, or enrolled graduate researcher, of the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences, be a medical graduate undertaking research in surgery, satisfy the Faculty's entry requirements for PhD.
