Early Acceptance Scholarship

This scholarship covers 15% of registered tuition fees for the duration of study up to a maximum of four years. Applicants must have an offer for an eligible course commencing in 2025, and either be a citizen of an eligible country listed below, or residing onshore in Australia at the time of applying for their student visa. Recipients of the merit-based Tasmanian International Scholarship are also eligible for the Early Acceptance Scholarship at a reduced rate of 10%. The total Tasmanian International Scholarship + Early Acceptance Scholarship package gives eligible students a total of a 35% reduction on registered tuition fees for the full duration of the course. Eligibility

Be classified as an International Student as defined under the Application rules of the University of Tasmania.; Be a citizen of Bahrain, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, or Vietnam, or a student residing onshore in Australia at the time of applying for their student visa.; Must be enrolled full-time in an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree; Not be a student from a Transnational Education (TNE) partner affiliated with the University of Tasmania.; Not be in receipt of any other University of Tasmania scholarship or any external sponsorship; Not be commencing at the University of Tasmania through an articulation agreement with a partner institution.; Be commencing the first year of their program in 2025.; Accept your offer on or after 14th October 2024 and before the scholarship deadline specified in your offer letter.
